BRADENTON -- Lennar Homes has started construction on 16 new homes at its Riverstrand neighborhood, a gated golf and country club community located within Heritage Harbor off State Road 64 in Bradenton.
The properties will be priced from $239,990 to $269,900, said Zach Bouchard, marketing manager for Lennar Homes in the Southwest Florida region.
The company also announced Wednesday it has sold 40 terrace condos in the last 60 days at Riverstrand with an average sale price of $140,000 to $150,000.
