Samsung Galaxy Beam now available in India via Samsung India E-Store

Samsung first unveiled Galaxy Beam smartphone at Mobile World Congress earlier this year. The Galaxy Beam has been up for pre-order from Samsung since earlier this month and the company is now finally selling the device in the Indian market.

The Samsung Galaxy Beam is a device powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor and it runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The key feature of the device is its 15 lumens projector which can project HD videos up to 50 feet wide.

Apart from the device sports a 4-inch WVGA resolution display, it has a 5 megapixel rear camera, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 8GB of built-in storage, 768MB of RAM and it is equipped with a 2,000 mAh battery.
