(AP) ? Now, it's jurors' turn.

After years of speculation, national media attention and more than a month of testimony, allegations that Drew Peterson murdered his third wife are finally expected to go to a jury Wednesday.

The 12 jurors ? seven men and five women ? are scheduled to receive instructions from the judge in the morning, then withdraw to a Joliet courthouse room to begin deliberating over five weeks of circumstantial and hearsay evidence.

Peterson, 58, has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in Kathleen Savio's 2004 death. The former Bolingbrook police sergeant fell under scrutiny in Savio's death only after his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson, disappeared in 2007.

Peterson's attorneys said their client has braced himself for jurors' decision.

"He's emotionally and mentally prepared for whatever happens," his lead attorney, Joel Brodsy, told reporters after closing arguments Tuesday.

His lawyers also said they have no inkling what jurors might be thinking or how they might be leaning.

"Of course, we're worried," Joe Lopez, who delivered the closing for the defense, said about the final verdict. "Nobody knows what's going to happen."

Judge Edward Burmila sent jurors home late Tuesday after closings dragged on longer than expected. He reminded jurors not to watch or read anything about the case and told them to get a good night's sleep.

They might need it in a challenging case where there is no physical evidence and where ? for the first time in Illinois history ? a trial relies heavily on hearsay evidence.

During closing arguments Tuesday, prosecutors implored jurors to use common sense in assessing the evidence, while the defense said the state fell far short of proving Peterson killed his third wife.

Prosecutor Chris Koch began his remarks by walking up to the defense table, pointing at the 58-year-old Peterson and declaring in a booming voice, "It is clear this man killed Kathleen Savio."

Savio's body was found in her bathtub ? her hair soaked with blood and a gash on the back of her head. Prosecutors contend Peterson killed the 40-year-old aspiring nurse because he feared a pending divorce settlement would wipe him out financially. The defense contends she died in an accidental slip and fall.

As he spoke, Koch displayed a photograph of a smiling Savio, juxtaposing it with another picture of her bloated corpse jammed into her bathtub.

As he has during most of the six-week trial, Peterson looked on calmly from the defense table, occasionally taking notes or whispering something to his attorneys.

Peterson is suspected but hasn't been charged in Stacy Peterson's disappearance. Prosecutors were barred from mentioning or hinting that she is presumed dead and that her husband is the lone suspect in her disappearance. While outside observers connect Savio's death and Stacy Peterson's disappearance, jurors aren't supposed to factor that Stacy Peterson vanished into their deliberations.

Punching his fist into his palm for emphasis, Koch told jurors Thursday that Drew Peterson broke into his estranged wife's home ? just a few blocks from Drew and Stacy Peterson's house in Bolingbrook ? in the early morning hours before March 1, 2004.

"He went into that house, pushed her down, held her down until she inhaled fluid and drowned," said Koch.

Investigators botched the initial investigation into Savio's death and collected no fingerprints, blood, hair samples or any other physical evidence, leaving prosecutors with a circumstantial case.

Koch went through more than a dozen hearsay statements Savio allegedly made to others before she died and that Stacy Peterson made before she disappeared. Hearsay, or statements not based on the direct knowledge of a witness, isn't usually admissible in court, but Illinois passed a law in 2008, dubbed "Drew's Law," that allows it in rare circumstances.

Koch reminded jurors that one witness testified how Savio had described Drew Peterson saying to her, "I'm going to kill you." Another witness said Peterson told Savio he could employ his police expertise to kill her and make it look like an accident.

Defense attorney Lopez countered in his two-hour closing that the state had presented "garbage evidence" during its five-week presentation of more than 30 witnesses.

"The framers of the Constitution would barf on this evidence," he said.

He said the hearsay was no more credible than water-cooler gossip they might hear around the office.

"How many times are you at work and you hear someone say something about someone ? they're lying!" he said.

Lopez told jurors that when they deliberate, they should hear a voice whispering that Peterson is innocent. Pointing to an American flag by at the judge's bench, he said that presumption was the bedrock of the U.S. justice system.

"You have to find he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt ? not maybe, not probably," he said.

Lopez frequently doubled back to his central argument: The state hadn't even proven Savio's death was a murder. He conceded statistics indicate fatal slips in bathtubs are one in a million, but that all the evidence suggests that's just what happened to Savio.

"Are you trying to tell me no one has ever slipped in a bathtub before?" he asked. "That's why they sell rubber mats with suction cups on them."

But Koch told jurors it would be impossible for Savio to have received the wound on the back of her head and 14 bruises on the front of her body unless someone had attacked her.

"How can you get (all those wounds) in one fall?" he asked. "You can't."

If convicted, Peterson faces a maximum 60-year prison sentence.

Bill Clinton?s tightrope: Lend Obama his halo without outshining him

CHARLOTTE--President Barack Obama doesn't want the Bill Clinton of the 1988 Democratic National Convention to show up Wednesday at this year's party gathering in Charlotte. That Clinton got booed when he ran way over his allotted time.

He probably wouldn't be all that thrilled to see the Clinton from the 2000 convention, either. That Clinton spent most of his speech taking a perhaps understandable victory lap for his eight years in office ? and only then testifying to Vice President Al Gore's strengths. Check out the "Spinal Tap"-style hallway walk that begins at 8:35 in this video.

But when the Democratic Party's elder statesman ? affectionately dubbed "The Big Dog" by some Democrats ? takes the stage Wednesday at the Time Warner Arena, Obama surely hopes the popular former president will help him portray the 2012 race against Mitt Romney as a choice between the policies preferred by Bill Clinton and those embraced by the two-term Republican who succeeded him, George W. Bush.

That's how Obama cast the choice between himself and Romney at an August 14 stop in Oskaloosa, Iowa, painting the Republican nominee's tax-cut plan as a re-run of Bush, who was all-but-absent from the Republican convention last week.

"They have tried to sell this kind of trickle-down fairy dust before," Obama said. "They tried it as recently as 2001, 2002, 2003. And what did we get? The most sluggish job growth in generations, incomes and wages going down, jobs going overseas, and a huge economic crisis -- and, by the way, the deficits kept on going up so by the time I walked into office we had a trillion-dollar deficit."

He asked, "Why would we want to try that again?"

And Obama's economic plan? "We actually have tried that, too. We tried it under Bill Clinton, when we created 23 million new jobs, the biggest budget surplus in history," he said.

It's an argument Clinton is happy to make ? and has already made repeatedly, as in this Obama campaign ad.

It's easy to see why Obama has cast citizen Clinton in a starring role in the 2012 campaign: The former president enjoys 66 percent approval ratings. That's well above the current president's numbers, which hover below the 50 percent mark seen as critical for incumbents. And Clinton is popular with working-class white voters that Obama has at times struggled to reach.

Democrats expect him to highlight how he faced stiff Republican opposition to his economic plans ? and then oversaw historic growth ? a potentially useful image at a time when Obama's jobs proposals have stalled in Congress. Clinton also governed in an era in which government deficits turned into surpluses, at a time when Obama's advisers project a $1.2 trillion shortfall in 2012.

"We feel very good about President Clinton's speech tomorrow night. It's a big moment for us," Obama campaign manager Jim Messina said Tuesday at a forum organized by ABC and Yahoo News. "He's a very credible messenger on this. He's going to give a very compelling speech."

Messina may have been thinking of Clinton's speech to the 2008 Democratic National Convention in Denver. After clashing with the Obama campaign frequently and often bitterly on behalf of his wife Hillary Clinton during the primaries, Clinton emerged as a potent surrogate for the Democratic nominee.

Greeted onstage by a wave of cheers and applause, Clinton got quickly down to business. "You know, I love this, and I thank you, but we have important work to do tonight. I am here first to support Barack Obama," he said.

"Last night, Hillary told us in no uncertain terms that she is going to do everything she can to elect Barack Obama. That makes two of us," he said.

The speech marked a turnaround in a sometimes difficult relationship, detailed in part in the New Yorker.

And it showed Clinton, who still relishes the spotlight, willing to shine it on someone else. (The more familiar Clinton showed up in the White House briefing room in December 2010 with Obama. After the current president took his leave, saying "I've been keeping the First Lady waiting for about half an hour, so I'm going to take off," Clinton replied, "I don't want to make her mad, please go," and then stuck around for another dozen questions.)

Things have not always gone smoothly between the two men. Republicans seized on ambiguous comments earlier this year in which Clinton seemed to break with Obama on tax policy. And, at a time when Obama has been hammering away at Romney's record as the head of private equity firm Bain Capital, Clinton praised the former Massachusetts governor's "sterling" business credentials.

Romney's campaign even invoked Clinton in an ad attacking Obama's approach to welfare reform, an overhaul crafted by the former Democratic president and his Republican foes in Congress in 1996 over the objections of many liberal Democrats. But Clinton released a statement siding firmly with Obama and against the commercial.

Romney's camp plainly sees the political danger: Top adviser John Sununu penned an op-ed, published Wednesday in New Hampshire's Union-Leader newspaper, dismissing Obama's right to claim the Clinton mantle.

"While President Obama and his allies would love to be able to borrow credibility from the nation's 42nd President, the contrast between Bill Clinton and Barack Obama ? particularly when it comes to economic and fiscal issues ? couldn't be greater," Sununu wrote.

While Clinton's speech might "induce nostalgia" for balanced budgets and bipartisan work like welfare reform, Sununu writes, "President Obama doesn't simply depart from the Clinton legacy ? he shatters it with a sledgehammer and runs over it with a steamroller."

Aside from building a website, a company must make use of the available tools like graphic design. Graphic design is defined by Merriam-Webster as "an art or profession of using design elements (as typographic and images) to convey information or create an effect".

An excellent graphic design can set your company apart from your competitors. Regardless if you are selling a product/service, persuading customers to patronize a certain commodity, or endorsing a social principle, prompting people to participate a cause group, etc., an effective design is needed to connect to your specific market.

Graphic design is the combination of one's ingenuity, creativeness and the standard features of fine art that focuses on the target market's minds to come up with an efficient visual message. Its difference with fine art is it caters to serve the customers' needs and preferences.

Put more simply, graphic design helps to make things attractive and appealing in the eyes of the customers by using colors, forms, styles and works of art to commune with a specific market.

To accomplish this purpose, graphic designers examine the data of the target market consisting of: gender; age; education; economic class; characteristics; buying customs and routines; TV shows and programs they watched; choices of movies, books, magazines, etc.

Psychographic and demographic information are two elements that are taken into consideration by graphic designers. For example, if the target market patronizes Oprah Winfrey, then magazines, books, ads, products and anything that is related with Oprah Winfrey are examined by the designers to have an idea of their visual language such as the typeface, form, color, composition and theme. Graphic designers then produce novel ideas and designs based on these basic aspects to better connect with the target market.

A graphic design that is founded on these elements hit the target customers and are proven to be very highly effective; thus, producing excellent results. The design must be understood by the target audience to be effectual; hence, complete information of the latter's vocabulary is integral.

A wide-range of technical know-how on printing inks, paper stocks and special procedures like embossing or foil-stamping, printing procedures and restrictions, quality control, electronic file readiness, polishing and repair is also needed by any graphic designer to further enhance his skills aside from his extensive training in fine art, creativity and marketing. Any product that requires the use of logos, billboards, brochures, packaging, book covers, etc. are included in graphic design. Every medium has its particular technical concerns that must be learned and studied

A designer must be proficient in the technical concerns of every medium to attain the desired results.

As a whole, graphic design makes use of artistic, inventive, research and technical talents and skills. To ensure that you will be able to communicate and connect with your target market to attain your business objectives, employ the services a qualified and proficient graphic designer.

Customer service agents are also sales people - Service Untitled

Although a customer service agent might be overheard saying they prefer to be in the background when it comes to sales positions, the talents of customer service representatives also take a paramount position in successful sales and marketing. The leadership role, as well as the emotional tone and empathy a customer service agent can impart upon a customer, is what can make a? lasting impression that may either result in the consumer moving on to the next company and competition or singing a company?s praises. Agents who have the enthusiasm to work side-by-side with clients to solve problems or at the very least strive to create the positive feeling of problem solving can collectively help bring about an emotional attachment that reflects a positive experience and future customer loyalty.

So how does a customer service representative who is hesitant about selling be helped to feel comfortable? Ironically service agents already have an edge in sales because they find it easy to speak with clients and customers. Their proficient people skills are able to open up a constructive dialogue ? sometimes starting off a bit emotional if a customer is upset, but a customer service professional will mete out the proper proportions of counsel, empathy, clarification, and support. And isn?t that what a customer needs? In many cases isn?t it the salesperson who asks the right questions to help a customer make the right decisions as to the product or service that she might need?

Sales people should not want to force a customer to buy a product they don?t need, which fits perfectly into the world of the customer service representative who strives to make the products and services relevant. The hardest part however centers around closing the deal, so for those who are scared of selling, knowing the product well, having the best training and being able to navigate customer service skills each agent has honed through experience can bring success and of course profits.

And for those organizations who have already spotted the best and the brightest, be sure to continue their sales training while honing their skills on the customer understanding of products and services because once a customer is convinced they have made a positive connection with a sales person, the deal is on the way to being closed. There is no better way to build a successful business than by hiring, training, nurturing, and rewarding the best employees a business can hire; after all they are the reflection of you.

FBI: We Weren't Hacked, Never Had Apple Device IDs

Despite a claim made by hacking group AntiSec, which said it compromised 12 million Apple iOS Unique Device IDs (UDIDs) and personal information from a laptop of an FBI staffer, the government agency is denying that it ever had the data the hackers allegedly stole.

[More from Mashable: Did Obama?s iPad Just Get Hacked?]

?The FBI is aware of published reports alleging that an FBI laptop was compromised and private data regarding Apple UDIDs was exposed," the FBI said in a statement to Mashable. "At this time, there is no evidence indicating that an FBI laptop was compromised or that the FBI either sought or obtained this data."

Apple Unique Device Identifiers (UDID) ? which is a sequence of 40 letters and numbers specific to an Apple device such as an iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch ? don?t contain too much information by themselves, but when coupled with other information such as iTunes passwords, billing addresses and payment data, it could pose some risks for users.

[More from Mashable: How to Check If Your Apple Device ID Was Compromised]

SEE ALSO: How to Check If Your Apple Device ID Was Compromised

AntiSec said it posted one million of the hacked IDs on the site Pastebin, along with a detailed description of how the hackers allegedly obtained the IDs from the FBI.

?During the second week of March 2012, a Dell Vostro notebook, used by Supervisor Special Agent Christopher K. Stangl from FBI Regional Cyber Action Team and New York FBI Office Evidence Response Team was breached using the AtomicReferenceArray vulnerability on Java, during the shell session some files were downloaded from his Desktop folder one of them with the name of ?NCFTA_iOS_devices_intel.csv? turned to be a list of 12,367,232 Apple iOS devices including Unique Device Identifiers (UDID), user names, name of device, type of device, Apple Push Notification Service tokens, zipcodes, cellphone numbers, addresses, etc,? AntiSec claimed.

The FBI's statement presumably rules the agency out as the source of the data store but it raises another question: Where did the the cache of UDID's come from and how were they collected?

Money is a key aspect of everyone's life and, as such, you will have to deal with it. This is why it is important to learn how to manage your finances. Find out everything about becoming financially independent that you're able to. This article will share invaluable advice that can help you to successfully manage your finances.

Being realistic with your income and spending habits is key to an accurate budget. Make sure to include all of the money that enters your bank accounts, whether it comes from your paychecks, rental income, or other sources. Use your net income to calculate this amount, not your gross. Once you have tallied your income, you can adjust the amount you spend so that it does not exceed the amount you have coming in. You should never spend more than the income you have. It's rule #1 in maintaining a successful budget.

Create a record of your spending and it will be well worth the time it takes. By keeping track of all of your expenditures, you can clearly see where all of your money is being spent. Don't forget to include expenses that are due yearly or quarterly. Always leave leeway for unplanned expenses such as vehicle repairs and medical emergencies. Be sure to leave room in the budget for recreational expenses that you know you can't live without. Having a good grasp on your budget is essential.

Create a manageable budget based on your income and expenditures. The first step is removing unnecessary cash outlays. You can save money by making coffee at home instead of swinging by the cafe on the way to work every morning. Determine which expenditures are dispensable in order to maximize your income and minimize your expenses.

Utility bills can mount quickly. If yours seem to be too high for your usage, consider making updates and repairs to your home. Install new weatherized windows to reduce spending on heating and cooling. Old tank heaters use up lots of energy, so think about upgrading to a modern, energy-efficient model to lower your utility bills. Checking for leaky pipes and running only full loads in the dishwasher can help to lower your water bill. There are some start-up expenses, but over time you will save money.

One thing you can do is purchase energy-efficient replacements for your older appliances. These may require a higher initial investment, but you will ultimately save a great deal of money. Unplug electronic devices and appliances when they are not being used. You will notice a difference in your energy consumption and expenses with time.

When your home improvement projects result in reduced utility costs, they will pay for themselves and then some as time passes. For instance, you will spend less on heating and air-conditioning if you make improvements to your roof and insulation.

When you are trying to save money, you can make changes to your appliance and home electronics usage. In the long run, energy efficient appliances can save you tons of money.
